Lyft COVID Health & Safety

When COVID hit, we wanted to reassure riders Lyft was doing everything it could to help keep riders safe. The approach was to create modular illustration assets that visualize the steps being taken such as antimocrobial treatments of the equipment, retrofitted antimocrobial handlebars, in-app digital checklist, and so on.

This system also helped target both bikes and scooters audiences and were easily scalable to digital web posts, in-app, and OOH printed bike docks around the city.
