The employee experience and brand team wanted to create a unified digital merch experience for employees. The Blurple Market was created as an internal store for employees to use points they accrue or were awarded as recognition to buy custom specialty brand merch on the site. Both stores utilize our brand characters Locke and Little Witch on the landing pages, The Locke’s Anniversary Emporium caters to current employees and new hires were directed to the Little Witch Welcome Wagon. Merch included RPG themed (as a tie back to company’s gaming origin) character anniversary enamel pins, Wumpus Switch case, Discord Anorak branded jacket, a glow in the dark Wumpus keychain, and cozy Wumpus slippers.
