PAX East is a celebration of gaming and gaming culture featuring thought-provoking panels, a massive expo hall filled with the best publishers and studios. With Discord’s close relationship with gamers and the gaming industry, this was a brand opportunity to feature our own booth to drive new activations and increase user growth while also suprising and delighting current users of the app with special merch drop. The theme Camp Wumpus was inspired by Discord being a safe and relaxing place for people to gather with friends, hence the cozy fire, friendly bugs, calming grass, and camp vibes for an unforgettable experience.
